However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory or you need to return your products for an exchange please see the instructions and return policy below.
Postage on returned items is the sole responsibility of the person(s) sending the package back. No refunds are given on shipping & handling charges except for defective items. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped to us.
Lead Paint Forms Store will issue a refund in the form of an original tender paid or issue a merchandise credit at the customer’s choice when the following conditions have been met: The merchandise must be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt The merchandise must be kept in its original unopened packaging and unused condition. All returns must be accompanied with original sales invoice. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Restocking fees are generally not applied on exchange orders)
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Lead Paint Forms Store will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a LPFS representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does LPFS reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with LPFS support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to LPFS.
Wrong Item Sent

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Contact Customer Support through the online Contact Us form to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in the body of your “Question,” and indicate if you are exchanging for a different item or requesting a product refund.
Return Process
- Print and fill out the LPFS Return form (usually included in the initial reply to your RMA request)
- Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
- Include a copy of the sales invoice

You will be notified when your return is received in our office with an indication as to what will follow. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

LPFS does not accept returns of the following items: Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
